Every project leaves different amounts of dust and residue. We review your details (and photos if you can share them) before confirming a price.
When should I book it?
After all trades are finished, including painting and fixture installation. Dust from any remaining work would undo the clean.
Do you remove construction debris?
No. Debris and leftover materials should be removed by your contractor before we arrive.
