Does the home need to be empty?

Yes, for the best result. Furniture and boxes block the areas a move-out clean is meant to reach.

My condo requires an elevator booking. Who arranges it?

Most buildings ask residents to book the elevator or loading area. Share your building rules in your notes and we will plan the visit around them.

Can you clean on the same day as the move?

Often, yes. Book the clean for after the movers leave and we confirm timing when you book.

What if something is missed?

If anything on our agreed checklist was missed, tell us within 24 hours and we will review it with you and arrange a reasonable resolution.
