How does the online estimate work?
Choose a service and answer a few questions about your space. Your price range updates as you go. We then confirm the final price, scope and date by text or email before anything is booked.
What areas do you serve?
Ottawa, including Nepean, Barrhaven, Kanata, Orleans, Gloucester, Stittsville and Manotick. We also serve Greely, Riverside South and surrounding areas. Enter your postal code in the estimator to confirm.
Do you offer recurring cleaning?
Yes. Choose weekly, every 2 weeks, every 3 weeks or monthly. Recurring visits cost less per clean than one-time visits, with the biggest discount on weekly service.
Do I need to be home?
No. Many clients leave a key, lockbox code or concierge instructions. We confirm access details before your first clean.
Do you bring your own supplies?
Yes. Cleaners bring standard supplies and equipment. If you prefer specific products, leave them out and add a note to your booking.
What if something is missed?
If anything on our agreed checklist was missed, tell us within 24 hours and we will review it with you and arrange a reasonable resolution.
What is your cancellation policy?
You can reschedule or cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before your clean. Later changes may carry a fee, which we confirm when you book.
Do you clean offices and businesses?
Yes. Commercial cleaning is quoted after a short scope review of your space, schedule and access window. Choose "Office or commercial" in the estimator.
