Nestra Cleaning ("Nestra", "we") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and how we protect it, in line with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL).

What we collect

  • Information you give us: your name, phone number, email, postal code, preferred date, details about your space and any notes you add when you request an estimate or book.
  • Service details: your address, access instructions and preferences once you book.
  • Website usage: basic technical logs kept by our hosting provider, such as IP address and browser type.
  • Photos: before-and-after photos of cleaned areas, taken only with your consent and never showing people, personal documents or identifying details.

How we use it

  • To respond to your request, confirm pricing, schedule and deliver your cleaning.
  • To contact you by text, phone or email about your request or booking.
  • To ask for feedback or a review after your clean.
  • To improve our website and services.

We only send promotional messages if you have separately agreed to receive them, and every such message includes a way to unsubscribe.

Who we share it with

We share only what is needed to provide the service: the cleaner assigned to your booking, and service providers that help us run the business, including website hosting, Web3Forms for estimate requests, email and messaging tools. Some of these providers may store information outside Canada, including in the United States. We do not sell your personal information.

How long we keep it

We keep request and booking information for as long as needed to provide service and meet legal and tax obligations, then delete or anonymize it. Estimate requests that do not turn into a booking are deleted within 24 months.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw consent to being contacted, at any time by emailing info@nestracleaning.com. We will respond within 30 days.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, including secure (HTTPS) connections and limited access to booking details.
